Corinna Duffitt, M.Sc., R-SLP

Corinna is a Registered Speech Language Pathologist and co-owner of Chickadee AAC Communication Services. She received a Master of Science in Speech Sciences and Audiology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. She is a registrant in good standing with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHHPBC).

Corinna has 21 years of experience as an SLP in both private practice and the public school system. She has provided assessment, therapy, and consultative services to students with a wide range of communication difficulties, including articulation, receptive and expressive language deficits, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

She has training and experience in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD), Touch Chat, LAMP, Proloquo2Go, Boardmaker, GoTalkNow, Tobii Eye Gaze, Communicator 5 and Snap plus Core.

Jennifer Wiegert, M.A., CCC-R-SLP

Jennifer is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist and co-owner of Chickadee AAC Communication Services. She received a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. She is registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of BC (CSHHPBC), also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is registered with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). You can also find her on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).

Jennifer has 20 years of experience assessing and providing treatment for individuals who use both low and high-tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems in private practice and educational settings. Her experience with a variety of communication systems includes: TouchChat, Proloquo2Go, GoTalkNow, Snap Plus Core, Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Communicator 5, and Tobii Eye Gaze devices.
